• No Success Fee: Unlike most marketplaces and brokers who can charge between 7%-20% of asset value, SWOP only charges a yearly subscription fee in 4 tiers from $299pa-$3,999pa.

• AI Agent: The AI agent (swopy) facilitates complex transactions, accelerates asset turnover, and enhances negotiations by optimising deal recommendations + asset matching instantly.

Risks

• Low Competition: No one in the market has built and launched an AI Agent as a broker for luxury assets. Some competition is good as it means teams move faster - it’s critical SWOP don’t get complacent.

• Data heavy: The LLM used requires lots of data to be fed through large user quantity - which could increase time to scale.
