  • UK niche focuss: Many competitors offer general, mostly US trade focused solutions whereas BuiltPro provide a complete quoting solution tailored to the real workflows and regulations of British trades. Being specific to the niche of UK regulation will provide BuiltPro with a solid fanbase to scale.

  • Integrated customer financing: Removing cash flow barriers to increase quote acceptance for builders is new to the market. Adding financed transactions as another stream to BuiltPro’s revenue model. Providing 3-5% commission per transaction and huge customer ROI.

Risks
